Returns Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Refunds After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos as proof.

Order Cancellation Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
